Currencies: The prices in EUR are exact, the rest of currencies are indicative. Charges are made in Euros.

Company Mission: CigarsClub is a global cigars marketplace, specialising in providing high quality goods at an affordable price.

Delivery: We ship your goods by recorded delivery, and they arrive at your door 4/5 working days from the date your order. We don't deliver to PO Boxes.

Taxes and duties: Since we are located in the Spain we are able to provide you with low prices as you can benefit from our low taxes. All our products are taxed in Spain. Any local duties payable are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments: VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB are acepted. If you want to pay using bank wire please contact us at sales@cigarsclub.com

Refund Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund, less shipping, upon receipt of the product shipped back to us via pre-paid delivery.
